Job Description The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Safety Program is strictly implemented in all of Corebilt's project sites. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Reports to the assigned project site daily and oversees safety compliance of workers for various scopes of work in the project site.
  • Disciplines all suppliers and subcontractors by issuing site reminders, safety rules and regulations, notices of non-compliance (if any), and all other safety-related documentation.
  • Leads the toolbox meeting for all workers in the project site every morning or prior to the start of the work shift in the project site.
  • Assists the Project Manager in accomplishing work permits, gate passes, and other requirements to ensure successful entry of workers to the project site when there is no Project Coordinator assigned to the site.
Qualifications
  • College graduate.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Disciplined.
  • Good work ethics.
  • Must be able to work effectively with various members of the project team assigned to a site.
  • COSH and OSH, Safety Officer Level 3-5.
  • NCII is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have a fit-to-work medical certificate.

Job Description The Project-in-Charge supports the Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Quantity Surveyor in ensuring the timely completion of the project site. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Reports primarily to the assigned project site but may also be tasked to render work from the main office.
  • Works with the Building Administration and/or Engineering Department to ensure that workers and the rest of the team can deliver materials and access the site to accomplish the awarded scopes of work.
  • Coordinates names, tools, materials, and equipment lists from suppliers and subcontractors to apply for the necessary work permits, gate passes, and all other building entry requirements.
  • Collects delivery receipts, invoices, original receipts, and other proofs of payment and deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors.

Job Description The Design and Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that each project site is completed with the highest level of quality possible. He/She must ensure that the subcontractors and workers assigned to the build are aware of the methodologies for each of the scopes of work required to complete the awarded scopes to Corebilt. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Points out possible quality issues by being physically present onsite.
  • Raises quality issues onsite with the assigned Project Manager (PM) and works with the concerned subcontractors in rectifying the raised quality issues.
  • Produces an internal punch list document mid-build and towards the end of the build that contains photos and a detailed description of every punch list item.
  • Provides the Project Manager and all project team members of Corebilt with copies of the punch list files.
  • Sets the deadline for punch list item closeout and coordinates this with the concerned Project Manager or Project Coordinator (PC) and suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Works closely with the Project Manager or Project Coordinator and assists the concerned suppliers and subcontractors in addressing their respective punch list items.
  • Takes accountability in seeing to it that punch list items are closed out for each project and that every punch list closeout is documented with photos and signed by the PM or PC assigned to the project.
  • Reduces, if not completely eliminates, punch list items reported by the client.
  • Comes in with a fresh set of eyes in every build in order to identify workmanship concerns that the assigned project team may have missed due to prolonged exposure working onsite.
  • Regularly updates working knowledge of design trends and technologies to make valuable contributions in addressing client needs and design requests.
  • Fulfills design-specific tasks (such as preparation and approval of material sample boards and swatches) in order to ensure that the client's design requirements are met and executed on time, on-budget, and are of the highest quality.
Qualifications
  • College Graduate.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Sketchup, and AutoCAD.
  • Disciplined, has good work ethic, friendly and amiable but firm especially in working.

Job Description The Project Manager is the main project owner from Corebilt's internal team. The Project Manager is site-based and client-facing. He/She is expected to be at his/her assigned project site every day. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manages the assigned project through three parameters: timeline, quality, and budget.
  • Coordinates with the building administration about building rules and regulations prior to the start of the build.
  • Represents Corebilt in front of its clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in each project.
  • Leads the project kickoff with the internal team together with the Business Development Team Member who closed the account.
