Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of all construction projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of multiple project managers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across projects.
- Develop and implement project strategies that align with company goals and client needs.
- Oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges.
- Implement best practices in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the project management team to achieve excellence and career growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in office fit-outs and technology-driven environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external parties.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
