Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to address those needs with relevant solutions.
  • Plan and manage HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee development.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices related to employment and employee relations.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to propose solutions to business challenges.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and guide department leaders through business transformations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
  • Serve as a link between employees and management by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and legal requirements related to employment, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence others effectively.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
