Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and results.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market trends, customer preferences, and product offerings.
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Represent Corebilt at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand our business network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving business development efforts.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team to success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and formulate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
