Position Summary

The Business Development Associate plays a key role in driving Corebilt’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, supporting proposal development, and expanding the company’s presence across corporate, commercial, industrial, retail, and technology-driven construction sectors.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong communication skills, a passion for construction and real estate, and the ability to connect client requirements with Corebilt’s comprehensive design-build and fit-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, developers, property owners, architects, project managers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities for office fit-outs, renovations, commercial construction, IT infrastructure integration, and turnkey projects.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, upcoming projects, and potential partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project briefings.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Assist in preparing proposals, bid submissions, company presentations, capability statements, and project quotations.
  • Coordinate with technical, design, and operations teams to gather project requirements and pricing information.
  • Track project opportunities and ensure timely submission of all required documents.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Support the achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor project opportunities from lead generation to project award.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

Brand Representation & Marketing Support

  • Represent Corebilt at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and business forums.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company services, project milestones, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Help strengthen Corebilt’s reputation as a trusted design-build and construction partner.
